1. When do gift cards expire?
   Flaming June Day Spa gift cards do not have an expiry date.



2. How do I check the balance on my gift card?
   You can check the balance on your gift card by calling us at 604-253-8001 or bringing the card in person to the Spa.



3. Are gift cards transferable?
   Yes, gift cards are transferable.



4. What can I purchase with my gift card?
   Gift cards can be used to purchase spa services, products and VIP memberships



5. What if I lose my gift card?
   Gift cards cannot be replaced if they are lost. Treat your gift card like cash.

Shipping Questions

1. When will you ship my order?
   We will mail your gift card within 24-48 hours after receiving your online order.



2. How will my gift card be shipped to me?
   Your gift card will be mailed to you using Canada Post Lettermail (regular mail service).



3. How long will it take before I receive my gift card in the mail?
   The time it takes for your gift card to arrive in the mail will vary with location. If you are located within the Vancouver area, it usually takes about 2-3 business days for a letter to be delivered to you. If you are located elsewhere in Canada, the delivery time for regular is about 1 week. International shipments can take as long as 2 weeks to arrive. Please note that we do not guarantee the time it takes for your gift card to arrive in the mail.



4. Can I pick up the gift card I order online at your spa myself?
   Yes, you are welcome to pick up your gift card at our day spa in Vancouver.



5. I want to buy a gift card as a present for someone else. Can you mail the gift card directly to the recipient?
   Yes. Please make sure that the recipient’s mailing address is listed when ordering a gift card online. Please make sure you type in the recipient’s name in the “Special Instructions” box when ordering the gift card.

   We ask you to create an account with FlamingJune.com in the effort to serve you better. In your account, you can view your order history and the contents of your shopping cart; you can quickly re-order gift cards; and you can keep an address book of shipping addresses, which is especially convenient if you want to send gift cards to other people.
